    • Verification certificate, with a maximum of 30 days;
    • The legal documents of establishment and the registration certificate;
    • The AGM decision approving the conditions for approving the factoring/discounting ceiling/the guarantees necessary for the approval of the factoring/discounting ceiling;
    • Special power of attorney for signing the contract (if the contract is not signed by the administrator/administrators of the company);
    • Identity card/electronic identity card/provisional identity card/identity card for the administrators/associates of the company, as well as for the guarantor/guarantors;
    • Documents attesting to civil status (marriage certificate, death certificate, divorce decree, divorce certificate, etc.) for the administrators/associates of the company, as well as for the guarantor/guarantors;
    • The property title on the basis of which the guarantor acquired the title of owner (sale purchase contract, heir’s certificate, donation contract, building permit and report on the completion of the works, etc.) – in the case of the establishment of real estate guarantees;
    • The conclusion of the tabulation of the property right – in the case of the establishment of real estate guarantees;
    • The cadastral documentation, respectively the survey, the technical file of the building, the file of the property body approved by the Office of Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising – in the case of the establishment of real estate guarantees;
    • Urban planning certificate attesting that the land is free of constructions and the destination of the land – in the case of setting up real estate guarantees;
    • Information/authentication land deed extract – in the case of setting up real estate guarantees;
    • Fiscal attestation certificate;
    • Mandatory and optional insurance policies assigned in favor of Easy Credit 4 ALL IFN SA – in the case of real estate guarantees;
    • Any other documents requested by Easy Credit 4 ALL IFN SA in order to grant the factoring/discounting ceiling (association certificate, income documents, addresses, etc.).

    WHAT ARE THE GUARANTEES YOU NEED?

    • Movable mortgage on the documents on the basis of which the financing is granted (invoices/BO/CECs).
    • Assignment of the documents on the basis of which the financing is granted (invoices/BO/CECs) – with notification of the assigned debtor.
