The purpose of the Website is to present and promote WordPress website maintenance services, provided by EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A. and contracting, through the Website, with potential clients interested in these services.

2.      USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using the Website you undertake:

a)    Not to make any false or fraudulent request. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have made such a request, we have the right not to respond and inform you accordingly.

b)    Provide us with correct and accurate first and last name, telephone number and/or other contact details. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we may not be able to respond to your request.

By using the Website in any way and for any purpose, you declare that you meet the conditions provided by law, respectively that you have the legal capacity to conclude legal acts that give rise to the obligations provided for in the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

The simple use of the Website and/or the submission of a request through the contact form, respectively requesting a loan, and the response to this request does not obligate the Company in any way towards the visitor/potential Client, respectively does not represent the conclusion of a contract between Company and visitor/potential Customer.

Through the Website, the Company invites the Website visitor, respectively the potential client, to contract the services provided by it. The visitor, respectively the potential client, will contact the Company (by filling in the Contact or Credit Request Form or using any of the contact details published on the Website and provided for in point 1 of these Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of negotiations and concluding a contract for the provision of services in this sense. In that contract, all the essential elements of its conclusion according to the law will be established, as well as the specific ones, for example: the obligations and rights of the Parties, the price of the contracted services, guarantees, liability, etc.

Through the website, the Company invites interested persons to apply for a loan or to refinance an existing loan. An essential condition for a person to be able to apply is that they have reached the age of 18. In order to obtain the desired credit, the interested person will have to give his consent regarding the processing of personal data, stating that he has read and agrees with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A. offers loans with real estate guarantee both for individuals and legal entities (SRL, PFA, II, IF). They must meet certain eligibility conditions such as:

o   Minimum age of 18 years;

o The applicant/co-debtor must provide proof of obtaining eligible income, which shows the ability to repay the loan and related paymentobligations;

o   To present a building for guaranteeing the loan (property of the applicant or another person who will have the capacity of guarantor).

Through the loan request form, the following data are processed: the amount granted, the financing period, name, surname, type of loan, telephone number and the Agency that is to be contacted.

3.      OUR RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to revise and modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time and at our discretion.

You are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy in full, as the updated version of them, in force at the time of using the Website, will be applicable.

4.      APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of the Website and the conclusion, execution and termination of contracts concluded with the Company through the Website will be governed by Romanian legislation.

5.      PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The processing of personal data by the Company takes place in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive no. 95/46/EC („General Data Protection Regulation”) and the relevant national legislation on the protection of personal data.
