• Designated person

– During the duration of the contract with the Authorized Consultant, EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A. designates the deputy general manager of the company, as the contact person. Deputy General Director of EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A. maintains a permanent relationship with the designated contact person from the S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca. In the absence of the Deputy General Director of the company, the duties in relation to the Authorized Consultant are taken over by one of the administrators (member of the Board of Directors of) EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A.

– The authorized consultant also appoints a contact person with the issuer EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A.

• Frequency of discussions – way of communication

Communication with S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca will be done in Romanian using as means of communication: telephone/e-mail, or written information sent to the correspondence addresses as the case may be.

– Frequency of discussions with S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca will be at least once a month. or whenever necessary.

– The issuer will contact S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca if new events or information involve the transmission of current or periodic reports or whenever necessary.

– S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca will inform the issuer as soon as new events or information involve the transmission of current or periodic reports or whenever necessary.

• Responsibilities assumed by EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A.

EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A. will provide S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca:

– all relevant information; and

– any information that the Authorized Consultant reasonably requests or is necessary for the Authorized Consultant to fulfill its responsibilities.

EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A. will inform the Bucharest Stock Exchange regarding:

– any dysfunctionality arising in cooperation with the Authorized Consultant;

– change of the Authorized Consultant.

• Responsibilities assumed by S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca.

S.S.I.F. BRK Financial Group S.A. Cluj-Napoca – as an authorized consultant, will provide the issuer EASY CREDIT 4 ALL IFN S.A.,

– all relevant information, and

– any information that the Issuer reasonably requests or is necessary for the Issuer to fulfill its responsibilities.

The authorized consultant will immediately inform the issuer regarding:

– specific legislative provisions, events or new information imply the transmission of current or periodic reports or whenever necessary;

– the appearance of new regulations that refer to the issuer, are related to its reporting obligations or involve the design and implementation of new specific procedures, as well as the transmission of current or periodic reports or whenever necessary.
